  First big thanks to Eng: osama for help. Second the place is very quite and google maps not helpful to find location easily from first time for who coming from maadi . if you have to stay there you should bring laptop or work to finish that there ,cuz minimum waiting time is 2 hours by the way there's good rest . you should write down all the notes or questions to ask them first not at the end when you finish .the end don't forget to full of the last page of maintenance book with needed information.

  First if all you will have to get an appointment ahead, the earliest the better. The crew there are highly proficient, Eng. Osama is the Chief engineer. usually the service took them about an hour, there is a lounge in the the second floor with a complementary beverage and a rest room . You can watch you car service at the shop thru the launge window.

  very professional, courtious with transparent prices and great customer treatment. servicing our car was a treat, from booking an appointment to waiting 2 hours for it to be ready. the receipts are details and the whole staff is proficient and knowledgeable. upon finishing the car service they left the replaced part in boxes inside the car. so the customer can see what happened to the used car. they also wrapped the driver seat and stearing wheel in plastic. a nice touch after servicing and cleaning. the car was ready one hour before delivery time. I highly recommend servicing ur renault car in this place. brilliant they also have a small café with TV, with a view toward the repair shop if u want to drink coffee and watch ur car being serviced 😃

  One of the best service centers for Renault, if not the best.
