  They don't answer the phone. The advertised opening times are not correct. Website said 8am, no-one to help you until 10am, I was mugged and no-one to speak to urgently just a phone message which puts you through to the UK and charges UK rates. I have lost all my id docs plus other things. There appears to be no emergency procedure! They may issue me with a travel document after I have waited to speak to someone for several hours. Website says peak time after 11am! Is that because there is no-one here before? Appalling, has the British Embassy completely lost it's reputation for being a place where you will get support and help or was that just a story. What happened to taking care of it' s citizens? This is the second time I have been here and been fobbed off unhelpfully.

  It's like a military barracks and no parking available for visitors that's the police are asking you bribery
