  Everything used to be smooth and straightforward. Since cancelling the visapoint system, they let people just queue as early as 7a.m. to be able to have an anonymous appointment throughout the working hours of the visa section. They do accept just 15 persons a day (Tuesday and Wednesday only). Travel agents take places in the queue to reserve slots for people they know. The whole experience was humiliating and just a waste of time. I had to change my plans and apply for a Schengen in a place with appointment system and where respect is a keyfactor.

  Applying for a Czech Schengen visa isn't too complicated providing you have the required documentation. Please check their website. If not prepared, you'll only block those already scheduled in the queue. Please be aware that all EU embassies have exactly the same list of demands and documentation and the price is identical at all the 27EU countries' embassies.   The worst embassy ever! Forgot my application and lost my passport, very very rude call center and employee inside the embassy , never applying here again , the most incompetent embassy in cairo, there is no seating or waiting area we stand outside on the sidewalk like dogs as if we are asking them for a favor not going to thier country and benefiting thier economy, at the end I would prefer to apply to a more professional embassy
