  The surrounding area is very nice, a lot of good cafes and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The city star mall is within walking distance.

  Four star hotel but no power here since last 10 hrs...in this hot summer AC is not working...unable to charge my laptop or mobile. Entire lobby n room is dark.. Not expected this service from a four star hotel. I hope to get refund for the day...

  My stay was very good except for the room service! I mean most of the times it takes more than an hour for the food to arrive. Check in and check out were pretty fast .

  Need more professional. Check in took 45 minutes. But it's very clean and wonderful location. Very safe & easy staff members.

  Although a five stars hotel, it lacks a lot. Location is good but away from public transportation. Parking is large but not well organized. Breakfast hall is small without a lot of varieties but convenient after all. Staff are helpful They have very small rooms. Ask for the room size before booking. Others sizes are available too. A piece of advice don't eat here for any reason!
