  Shipped overall 4 packages with them, their support is TERRIBLE. The employee would pick up and not reply I could hear him in the background.. And other days he'd pick up and put me on the hold for 10 minutes and then say "السيستم واقع كلمنا بكرا" my first package was delivered in time but the 3 others got delayed a whole week...the biggest problem is them not knowing the status of the shipment and always claiming they'll have information the next day but nothing happens and I get the same statement.. The only reason I didn't give them a 1 star is that their prices are indeed competitive compared to DHL but if I could go back in time I wouldve definitely went with DHL

  Extremely slow, inefficient and unknowledgable staff. It took over 30 minutes to finish a task that should take 5.
