::Only the frappe is good . The staff is not good like before, they serve shisha and you don't know even which restaurant or cafe they are now. It's obviously they are doing whatever now and looking only after money. Before it used to be one of our favorite spots, now it's just whatever...!

::ONE STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH FOR THIS PLACE. My wife and I went i a couple of days ago and tried to order at the counter. We were told to sit down and someone would be with us to take our order. More than 20 minutes later, people who had arrived after us had been served, but no one came for our order. On going downstairs, the staff were all very busy, just as they had been when we arrived......playing music and games on their mobile phones. They obviously did not want our custom / money, and continued to act in a totally surly, uninterested manner. The POOR reviews on this site are clearly the honest ones, based on our own personal experience. Total contrast to another place we visited on Zamalek....and an experience we would wish never to repeat. The Senior Management of this chain need to do something serious about the atrocious staff attitude at this outlet - it is totally unacceptable.

::The Coffee Bean and Tea leads is one of my favorite coffee places in the world. I like there coffee and the desserts they mostly have great service and the availability is reasonable. This visit as usual the coffee was great but I had a few comments. The renovation around was a drawback and my waiters did not understand my request until the 3rd time I explained it. Any way I like the place and recommend it.
