  The hotel is nice but the TV in the room are old. People may not beable to speak English but if you at least Russian or Arabic it will be fine

  Very very bad food in restaurant 🙄 hotel is old. Nobady speak english in hotel..

  Overloaded place. They are accepting huge Cst number but they are unable to handle it. During lunch there is no place to sit. Many people are eating while standing. Plus u can book open buffet but they dont allow u to get the amount u request and food is very bad. Reception is always busy, u ll wait looooong time till they answer u. Staff has no customer service manners. There is a big discrimenation between Egyptian and foreigns. Even the beach is split into two parts, small part for Egyptian and another big one for foreigns. I ll never go back to this place.

  It's nice and safe for kids. They have everything u may need aqua games. Food most of the time.kids club. Mini disco. Wonderful animation Natasha and Katia u r amazing. Many diffrent depth swimming pools. All in one
