  Best bakery chain in Egypt, gateuxe, tarts, petit four, kahk, croissants, but no oriental pastry, quite expensive prices but perfect quality!

  I like this particular La Poire branch because it's tucked away and never crowded. They always have a good selection, and have seasonal and holiday cakes or extra items (like chocolate Easter bunnies!) Cute selection of tinned coffee too (great souvenirs/gifts.) Staff is polite and prompt, and very patient when you can't decide what to get. Not good for the diet, but oh well. 🤣
