  I've ordered from this KFC less than a year ago but I never had the chance to write a review until now. Last year I decided to have dinner at this KFC location expecting the quality and the appearance of the food to be the same from where I have it back home (outside of Egypt). Unfortunately, this KFC did not meet my expectations at all. The service was slow, the staff was rude (disregarding the customers waiting in line & joking with one another) and the food was over priced for low quality food. My family & I ordered about 16 chicken sandwiches. We waited for 30 minutes for our order. KFC is called a fast food restaurant for a reason, I could go to another restaurant and happily wait for 30 minutes for better quality food for almost the same price. When I finally got the chance to taste my sandwich I HATED it, they added some extra type of meat in it to give it their own taste but it didn't taste good at all and the sandwich was very small. Since I live outside of Egypt, I made the mistake of raising my expectations. This KFC serves "bootlegged/fake" KFC to their costumers. I was overall disappointed. Fast Food chains in Egypt continue to disappoint me as a foreigner, but to native Egyptians this food seems to be the greatest thing ever.
