  Stayed here in 2009, owner was extremely helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. Gracious enough to hold our bags when we left for Alexandria for a couple of days. We booked separate rooms for a couple nights and switched to the 2 room suite that gave us a separate kitchen/sitting area. Being centrally located and in the safe, quiet area of Garden City made the pricing worthwhile. Secure, safe and friendly place.

  Stayed here in April, 2011. It was great. Mr. Ahmed picked me up from the airport around midnight after I was traveling about 50 hours (long side-story). I was there 2 weeks and it was a wonderful place to stay. It was hard to find again after the first few times I went out because the neighborhood is a bit of a maze and there are no clear signs. The hotel only occupied one floor of the building which complicated the location, but it was minor. Everything was clean and Maryam, the maid, is very cute and did a great job.

  I am very dissapointed, my room was not clean, when i asked to clean this, the staff girl, said make it yourself. Staff doesnt speak english, i was with my boyfriend egyptian, i saw she liked him, so she allways was coming and coming to room with no reason.
