  I'm staying in iberotel Luxor however overall an unpleasant stay. I booked it seeing it as a four star property but it lacks basics even for a 2 star hotel. 1. My room has very shabby and worn out room flooring. It seems very fortunate and unhygienic. 2. I've a bulky TV like inn1990s even in the modern era of flatscreen & LCD TVs. 3. The water stopper innl washbasin is broken and not repaired even after complaining to front desk. 4. No kids swimming pool !!! 5. The hotel even doesn't have a full fledged restaurant. I could get only snacks in the bar as the only other restaurant is for buffet only. 6. No basic amenities like mineral water bottle or tea ingredients provided in the room. 7. In morning buffet breakfast, I requested forva cup of cold milk but all I could get was milk at room temperature that too after explaining to many waiters and restaurant incharge. So overall not a 4 star property worth stay. Many facilities of hotel remained closed during stay like lotus boat, pizzeria etc. Since I'm yet to checkout hopefully no more bad experiences till I check out. I Would neither stay again in Hotel Iberotel Luxor nor would recommend to others.

  1.staff are really helpful and friendly 2.room is very comfy and clean (standard inside view) 3.food is great and tasty 4.pool view on the nile is perfect Enjoyed my staying to the max, best value for money

  Just besides the Nile river. Swimming pool is in the river itself. Rooms are good, bathroom is small but not bad. No toiletries, no tea/coffee maker in room. No mini bar. No complementary water bottle in room. No tour desk. No currency exchange. Reception lady Manal is very nice. Security person opened my suitcase to check as they don't have x-ray machine very unacceptable. Luxor temple is very near, walkable distance. Don't ever take a horse carriage ride, beware of Mamoud who is outside the hotel will rip you off your money. He'll say 20 LE for a ride but would force you to pay 200 LE.

  I loved it. Second time to stay here. Moderate price, clean everywhere, good view. I booked it via booking. Com. Very close to Luxor temple. Right on the Nile. My favorite place in the east bank.

  I have stayed many times in Luxor and stayed at all the top hotels. The Iberotel is not pretentious in any way. It offers traditional Egyptian hospitality and is value for money. My experience was that after an initial problem the staff and management did all they could to resolve the problem, which they did and made sure my stay at the hotel was enjoyable, and it was. Highly recommended.
