  Waiting for customer services reps at the branch is time consuming because they are super lazy, while performing the simplest queries. It’s not about them, but it’s a matter of banking culture in Egypt. Overall, they are the best compared to other banks in Egypt.

  Its so convenient to be able to finish your transactions on the extended hours or during the week-end. Not to overlook the great team working there.
