  What a place! Ugly, Dirty and old, the staff do not know how to handle customers. The restaurant is good only if you take grilled meat but is not encouraging in the look

  No wifi, rooms are not as expected as from such a well-known hotel. The reception is the worst to deal with. NOT RECOMMENDED

  The worst management you can ever imagine. No service at all. Internet is not working . Staff try to act in a nice and helpful way but management is not giving them a chance.........

  The hotel name is changed to AraCan Hotes and Resorts, generally the hotel is good
