  Warm atmosphere .. classy and not crowded .. with a great full view of the Nile both the ladies area and mix area .. there are variety of group classes with the best trainers in town.

  What amazing place where to do excersises, while you are enjoying the Nile view and the clear atmosphear, not only the perfect environment, but the the services as well, class people, helpful coaches everywhere, really you can't imagine how happy you will feel not only while you practise your excersises but just when you put your legs inside the place as well. Its located infront of Stereo birut Caffee in a cruise in the second floor where you can see the Nile clearly and other facinating buildings on the other bank of the Nile.

  Gold's Gym is the best gym in Egypt and the world. I like Gold's Gym nile especially as it has panoramic view to the nile.

  Criminal trainers and Bad gym management take care before your subscribe here you may get hit by one of their insane trainers and the gym management will told you that it’s not their responsibility it’s normal fight. Subscribe on your own risk. the trainer working at the gym hit one of the gym members for no reason. He broke his gaw and the member suffered from a concussion and broken teeth whats worse is the passiveness ,the denial and the lies of the gym management about the incident ! It is a real shame to have such action from a supposedly a well known gym in Egypt . I would never think of joining such a gym for fear of my life !

  The location is nice. There is a roof top space with great Nile view that you can use for exercise. There are better facilities in Cairo but not with this view.
