::I can believe that marriot treat their customers as they do not know any thing. I ordered from the menu chocolate crocont . They brought a chocolate cake with two different colors and caramel sauce. When I explained to the waiter that, he insisted that it is and when I try it I'll find it crunchy. So, I did and of course it wasn't, I told him so and he told me that he will tell the chef. I asked him and what should I do now? He reluctantly ask me if he should take it off the bill? I replied if course and take away. It is safe that Marriott join an expanding expansive outlets who are treating us as we know nothing and that we will just swallow anything without a question.

::Excellent hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, very comfortable rooms. I stayed here for 3 week's when I was working in Cairo and found the hotel to be very comfortable and and a great place to work and stay. My room was very nice with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping staff was excellent. The front desk staff was very accommodating along with the concierge staff. The hotel has several restaurants that are very nice and a wonderful outdoor restaurant/ lounge where you can spend the evening with friends and a huka pipe. The hotel is very beautiful with alabaster floors in the lobby and I always felt very safe here.

::Placed in Zamalek - a nice part of town! Beds are comfy, rest of interior rather old but serves the purpose. Constantly some parts of the hotel are under renovation (noise, limitations) for over a year now. Serving staff in executive lounge really nice and polite! Reception desk on the contrary. Takes ages to check in and check out, no extra staff for rush hour or in case of complicated guests.

::Historical nineteenth century European style palace. Very luxurious and cost residence. Lively restaurants and shopping areas. In Cairo downtown.

::Wonderful hotel situated in an old palace. This hotel is picturesque and beautiful with numerous wonderful details on the grounds. Staff was all around very helpful and attentive. While the rooms aren't as wonderful as you might expect in a newer hotel, you're staying here for the ambiance and the overall experience, not necessarily the newest room. The multiple restaurants are great and you can even spend time in the courtyard sitting outdoors when the weather is pleasant. One of the restaurants even had a nightly show with dancing and music.
