  The staff are very helpful, the food is very delicious. I just didn't feel comfortable n the room because it was so small and no balcony just a window. The hotel is located in one of the noisy streets in Cairo so u should be used to. I like the swimming pool and the variety of restaurants inside the hotel, also there is an ATM so u don't worry about exchange.

  Clean and comfortable, they have various delicious meal. My favorite is cheff fresh egg and croissant. The bathroom also comfortable. Very cheap tea, coffee, and cakes at lobby. I think it's the best place to stay in Cairo. But the wifi is not really good 😭

  It was a good hotel if you are staying there as you will be out touring. The breakfast was good and adequate.

  The noise outside is ridiculous! The food in the restaurant left me sick for 3 days. The rooms are outdated and nerd a serious cleaning. The wifi was horrible, constantly having to reconnect. However the staff was fairly nice and accommodating. This is considered a 4 star hotel but it felt more like a there, hence the rating.

  Such helpful staff. Beautiful place as hub for your visit to Egypt. Great ATM that also has money exchange. It's rare to find this INside a hotel. It was okay that my Arabic was horrible. Staff spoke English.
