  This clinic's head physician behaved unethically towards me, and the clinic itself was very busy, and quite unclean. I specifically asked for no manipulation of my spine/chiropractic work and yet the head physician cracked my spine anyhow. Also, when I cried out in pain, and asked him to stop doing a particular stretch, he ignored me, and continued. I literally tried to push him off me. I felt disrespected and confused. As medical professional and someone in a position of power, he should be cognizant of patient consent when preforming treatment. He did not seem to care if I consented or not. Regarding wait time, I typically would wait between 30-60 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Often there was no space to even sit in the waiting room. The clinic's unsanitary conditions were another problem. The image of the open garbage with street cats rifling through it comes from just outside the clinic's entrance. I know, you may think, that's not fair--- it could have been a one-time thing. No- that garbage and those cats were there over the whole week I visited the clinic. Nobody cleaned up this very unsanitary mess. Inside the clinic, laundry was being hung inside the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was not clean. The head physician's office was also unclean and messy, with papers, garbage, and other material everywhere. I was not too sure that sheets were changed regularly due to the number of patients. The two female physicians who worked with me were lovely, as were all the members of the administrative team. The head physician here, and the members of custodial staff have a lot to work on.
