  Best shawerma I've ever eaten. But the place to eat in the restaurant is really small, so I prefer a take away or a home delivery.

  So here's the thing. Everywhere in the world they prepare french fries differently. Egyptians have this sweet and savory spice they put on their fries that is amazing! We asked the deskworker what it was. he looked confused. We then realized he didnt speak english so we asked our driver to ask him what it was and he told us it was a secret family recipe. It is the same spice used on fries everywhere in Cairo, but no where would tell us what it was. It would be like the south not telling you what goes in a good BBQ sauce... oh wait.
