  Not clean Super crowded Unclear directions Unclear help desk Unclear which bus is which Unclear platform numbers Uncomfortable seating area Unsafe/no security Directly attached to it is a microbus station as well which makes things even busier This is one of the bad places to go to due to its overbearing crowds & unsafety
