  2B system of call centre is not bad but they need to hire more trained and professional personnel I called their hot line asking for the address of one of their shops at my area ( Nozha Heliopolis )but .I was given the wrong address which resulted me walking a long distance on foot till I reached the shop . The shop itself is small but clean ,organised and it's layout is ultra modern .as for customer service it is good except for some negatives such as 1-the employee was not in the shop when I entered he was standing outside and came when he saw me 2- despite that I booked the item I wanted to buy through the hot line and it was put on hold for me for 24 hours in the shop ,the employee claimed at the beginning that he hasn't received it yet but when I told him I am very tired and that I came along distance on foot looking for the shop he brought the item from the display booth Now we come to the most important point which is the price the item I bought is a flip cover for my Samsung Galaxy mobile ,it was for 130 EG but after two days I discovered the same item for 25 EG only on Gumia site .This is a great difference in price bearing in mind that the material of my flip cover is not very good
