  I used to love and recommend Nola Cupcakes but I had a bad experience with the call center service for delivery and client service support. I asked for a skillet cookie and I was delivered a (very dry) sandwich cookie. I touched it with my hands to take it out of the bow and then called the center to signal the mistake. They offered to deliver the skillet cookie if I'd pay 30 pounds (difference of price between skillet and sandwich cookie) and take back the sandwich cookie. I asked why they would take back the sandwich cookie since I touched it with my hands and that it wasn't hygienic to sell. They told me it was ok. Now I worry that all products from Nola might have been touched by clients...

  An amazing place with amazing pastries, the prices are good and a large variety of flavors to choose from. And for those who are looking for something special for any occasion, this is the place to be.

  It was ok, their service and policy aren't always the best, but if you're willing to overlook these points then you 'll have an overall good visit.

  Cute outdoor area to eat. Cupcakes are still good, but as in most branches, they run out of a lot of options late in the day. The peanut butter cupcake has changed and is too dry, but the rest are still delicious.
