  This branch has the best quality fried chicken in all of mohandessin and dokki area !. The workers there are mostly deaf and people with disabilities so be gentle and they have pictures of menus so you can just choose what you want and pictures of sign language alphabet, so that if you want, you can communicate with them in their own language. A humanitarian move from KFC Egypt. The service there is very nice and the people are friendly

  Once I realized where I was everything went great. It's a great idea. People seem to have no problems. However the speaking staff is loud.
