  Okay, Our faculty community is fine, but it is the only motivate factor in there, In my opinion the Faculty can't brag about their great Alumnis as they didn't contribute with a nickel in there success or motivation, Those Alumnis improved themselves by themselves and thier colleagues, The Students out there motivate each other and their only obstacle is sadly the Faculty rules. There is not any initiative steps from the Faculty to make the students better. In FCI-CU if you didn't have a circle of passionate bright mind friends who look forward and you started to learn together independently and only settled with the faculty's syllabus you will end up a below average programmer and software engineer or even less than below average. This is my 1 Year experience in FCI-CU and this review is subjected to change in the upcoming years.
