  This company is awful. HARAMI, MISH KWAYESE. I have been dealing with them in relation to a Toshiba Tornado remote control fan purchased May 2016 and it had a 5 year warranty. After just 11 months it failed, it stopped spinning. At first they refused to take the fan said it was a small item and I had to take it on foot to El Tor an hour's drive away when the engineer lived 3 villas down from me! Eventually he came to my flat to repair it. It worked for one day and same problem. I called him/messged elaraby again many times eventually he finally came back and tried again. A few days later same thing. after waiting for over a month for them to even bother to reply to my message the engineer came with 2 other engineers and took the motor part of the fan to El Tor to repair. They brought it back 3 weeks later after many messages to elaraby and said they had replaced the motor. Well about 2-3 weeks later it stopped again with the same problem so they clearly lied about replacing the motor. So I complained for the 4th or 5th time and waiting nearly 6 weeks for a reply from them . They came and took my whole fan away over a month ago and also asked for the warranty papers which I found strange (I took photos luckily). After many attempts at contacting them with no reply someone finally called me. The first man I spoke to said I will get a new fan then he put me on to another rude man who said I would not get a new fan and they would give me only 200le to spend on their website which is truly unacceptable given this fan is over 1000le and I cannot buy a fan for 200le. They said this fan is no longer available, but it is actually still for sale on their website and a similar model on Souq where I purchased it. I have not accepted 200le and I asked for my fan to be returned to me and they refused saying it cannot be fixed. So now I have no fan again since June this year they have literally stolen my fan regardless of whether it's broken or not. This is totally disgusting for a company authorised to sell by #Toshiba themselves. The fact they tried to fix it means they accept the warranty and now they can't fix it they want to fob me off with 200le and have kept my fan. Harami!!!!!!! This is outrageous. I am in the process of filing a police report and will instruct my solicitor. PLEASE do not accept the warranty as even though these products have a Toshiba manufacturer's guarantee Elaraby clearly do not care. I spoke to Souq and they also said that 200le is not enough to buy a fan and that they should replace it. They have taken it up with management to ensure this does not happen but I cannot see Elaraby changing their ways they clearly have no ethics.

  limited number of services personal and no one is willing to help with absolutely no organisation. very hard to find what you want or to find someone that can help you. it takes 30 mins to place an order, another 30 min to print the order and forever to pay.
