  the busiest place ever , line of people waiting can go around the building, you can wait more than 3 hours to get your papers

  The line exceeded the building walls and a long side the road that's how crowded it was people were jumping at each others throats from frustration, for me at that was just to acquire a copy of my birth certificate. SMH I hop one day our country get through this routine to more sophisticated ways.
