  Great place to have a relaxing week, fully enjoy everything through all inclusive booking. As a couple its fully luxurious as it has all facilities provided either by hotel or additional fee, the provide free local drinks, snacks, and ice cream all the time till 2 am. Food is good; but restaurant ventilation isn't perfect. If you want to have access to all facilities all time make sure to reserve a room in building "D", as building A is only nearest to a small pool but not to the bigger pool or to the Beach, building B is near to both pools but not close to the beach or restaurant, and building C is near to both pools and almost to the beach but still far away from the main restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful, animation team are good but could expect better. No complimentary toothpaste, tooth brush, shaving kit, shower cap, and bathroom slippers. Overall its just good but not great!

  The hotel was absolutely magnificent. The location, the buildings, the rooms, it all feels cozy and beautiful. It may not give you the luxurious feel, but it will definitely give you a cultural feel with it's classical Arabic architecture. So don't trust the pictures because the hotel is much more beautiful in reality. And what adds to the great experience is that the food was delicious, it was hard to find something that I don't like. Also, in my 3 nights stay, I didn't need to get out of the hotel with all the great *and free* activities like squash and tennis. We enjoyed our stay so much and we'll definitely come here again.

  Great resort to stay in Hurghada. This is the place if you search for relax and comfort. Nice staff (fun and hospitable), Wonderful animation team and Great service and environment. It shows its age, but carries it gracefully. The rooms are not perfect, but they are very clean and have a unique charm to them. The resort is 'cottage' style but needs updating and maintenance There is surf center as well as a diving center That they have house reef in swimming distance from the resort so you can do snorkeling. Easy access to activities outside of the resort. Negative things : - Still using keys for rooms instead of cards...only get one key and has to be inserted in slot to turn on power. - Some services as diving are for Foreigners only. I highly recommend "Arabella Azur".
