  I've bought several furniture items from Apex. Their staff are polite and helpful. And while the furniture is well designed, the wood scratches easily. Moreover, their after sales service is horrendous. Not only were they a few weeks late delivering the furniture without calling to explain, when we telephoned several times then visited a showroom to remind them that they delivered a scratched item that they had promised to replace, we were told they would call to arrange an appointment. Sadly it has been several months already and we haven't been approached.
